Delivery Policy
All deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail or DPD Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and during working hours. Please note that all orders received on Thursday or Friday will be handed over to Royal Mail or DPD on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Once your order has been processed and handed over to Royal Mail or DPD you will be provided with a tracking number.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or DPD and we cannot guarantee a delivery time. All our deliveries require a signature and we are unable to accept any responsibility if orders cannot be received when delivery is attempted.
We aim to make deliveries as follows : 2 – 3 working days days for England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Storage of products
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure that products are stored correctly. All sweets must stored appropriately in a cool dry place and away from sunlight. All unopened savouries must be stored in a cool dry place and away from sunlight. Once opened savouries must be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
